Spirit Tasting! 4/6, VOS Whisky & Gins 6pm-8pm 5% Discount On Tasting Spirits Diplome Gin, 750ml $29.99 A French gin from the city of Dijon, still using the same recipe since 1945. This base spirit is distilled from sugar beets , not grain. The botanicals being used are juniper berries , coriander , whole lemons , orange peel ,angelica, iris root , saffron and fennel seed. On the nose juniper and citrus , the palate gets a marshmallow sweetness with juniper and black pepper. The finishes earthy , citrus and black pepper. Watershed Four Peel Gin, 750ml $39.99 Ohio based gin distilled from corn, with different botanicals, juniper, citrus peel, cassisa, valencia, pepper and coriander. This gin is more modern day style, having more fruit notes in it then other gins. Aromas of flowers and lime on the nose, the body is light and floral, the palate has juniper but, more grapefruit citrus and pepper notes Armorik Double Maturation Single Malt Whisky, 750ml $62.99 A  single malt made in Brittany, France, at the  Warenghem distillery. The single malt is aged in breton oak and Oloroso sherry cask to finish. Armorik double maturation has a golden color, with a smell of green apple, caramel and marzipan and touch of honey. This subtle  sweet whisky has tasting notes of honey, sweet apple, maple , ginger, cinnamon. The finish has ginger, pepper , hints of citrus and oak.

GlenDronach Single Malts GlenDronach Original, Aged 12 Years $66.99 The 12 year is a richly sherried malt matured in a combination of Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks.The color is an inviting deep amber-red gold. On the nose we get a creamy vanilla, some hint of ginger, and even a spiced mulled wine and pear. The GlenDronach Peated $58.99 In contrast to the traditional, non-peated character of the GlenDronach, this particular whisky has, unusually, been distilled using peated malted barley. The GlenDronach ‘Peated’ pays homage to the peat historically used to dry the malted barley in the traditional floor matlings during the early days of the distillery.
